I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn I-10 & College Drive. The cleanliness of my room was impressive, and I found the beds incredibly comfortable. The staff's hospitality also stood out, as they were always available to assist with any questions.

The bathroom layout is impractical!!! Traffic noise disrupts sleep!!! The furniture looks outdated and worn!!! Inconsistent room cleaning leaves much to be desired!!! The elevators are slow and frustrating to use!!!

I almost left a good review, but the room was exhaustedly dirty, and the rude manager made the whole experience unbearable. Also, I surely expected a complimentary gesture for all my troubles but received none. Guess I’m just a regular guest instead of royalty here. Disappointing, to say the least.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free parking, a fitness centre, and a flat-screen TV. The staff helped me with directions on my first stay, making me feel welcomed. I recommend it for a comfortable holiday.
